30 carbon-filled PEEK has greater thermal conductivity than unfilled PEEK. It is the grade with the optimum wear-resistance and load carrying characteristics. And as a result its expansion rate is dramatically lowered. The compressive strength and stiffness of the material is enhanced. PEEK is easily machined to precise tolerances. PEEK CF30 is enhanced with 30 carbon fiber. Glass fiber-reinforced PEEK offers increased strength, stiffness and stability at high temperatures, while carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK gives designers the benefit of excellent compression strength and stiffness and reduced expansion rates. It is a semi crystalline, high performance thermoplastic used for applications where high temperature resistance, excellent chemical resistance and high mechanical properties are required. Unreinforced PEEK is a general purpose material noted for its high elongation and toughness. Allplastics supplies and machines PEEK which is a high temperature plastic with outstanding properties. PEEK can be continuously exposed to hot water or steam with no distortion, corrosion or galling. It combines exceptional wear, chemical and moisture resistance with very high strength, dimensional stability and stiffness. PEEK is the performance material of choice for aggressive environments such as high temperatures, wet processes, and heavy loads. The sliding behavior always depends on the overall sliding system, and on parameters like sliding partner, load, sliding speed, surface roughness, temperature and so on.Maintains wear resistance and mechanical strength up to 260℃ continuous use. The fillers carbon fiber and graphite make TECAPEEK PVX black a superior bearing grade with improved thermal conductivity. PEEK can be used continuously to 480F (250C) and in hot water or steam without permanent loss in physical properties. The better the thermal conductivity of the part, the faster the heat is dissipated and overheating can be reduced. PEEK Sheets & PEEK Rods, UNFILLED, VIRGIN Grade PEEK (PolyEtherEtherKetone) is a high performance engineering thermoplastic that offers chemical and water resistance similar to PPS, but can operate at higher temperatures. In order to avoid thermal overload of a bearing, the resulting frictional heat should be dissipated as quickly as possible from the sliding surface of the bearing. Because of these excellent sliding characteristics, they are used in gears, bearings, sliding bearings, and many other applications. PEEK is used where conventional materials (POM, PA / Nylon etc.) would be beyond their limits. Nplsx054 & details plastic peek block side of jigs, new 100 new. With this combination of criteria, this bearing grade material can be used in harsh environments of 100 to 300☌. Look up Vietnam importers directory of peek plastic here.
